There are times when unauthorized thoughts slips through and enter a world of nasty words or rude actions or both on a self-destructive path. It’s happened before and it will happen again.
Managers do the strangest things sometimes. They go out of their way to make the team happy. Then they do things that are not in the best interest of the team. Have you seen that happen?
When we are faced with problems how do we contribute and more importantly, do we contribute to the problem or a solution? What is our instant reaction?
Today on the last day of March 2011, I want to take a moment to reflect back on some new successes that marks a new page in my life on a journey that began three years ago.
